About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn Trauma Surgical team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients on 8AB, working collaboratively to ensure the safest environment for our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing your expertise in surgical trauma experience.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Current surgical trauma experience preferred.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
