Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our Radiology team at Wilson Medical Center. As a Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and procedures under the supervision of the Radiology Services Director and general supervision of the Radiology Services Supervisor.
- Work is of a confidential nature.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in diagnostic imaging.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's degree is required.
- 1 year of experience in the use of ultrasound technology is preferred.
- Respiratory Therapist - ARDMS Registry certification is required.
- BLS is required, or obtained during the first week of hire.
