Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to join our team as an Experience and Patient Satisfaction Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience across our network of hospitals.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing patient satisfaction programs and initiatives
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyzing data to inform program development and evaluation
  • Providing coaching and guidance to nursing staff to ensure delivery of exceptional patient care

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field and at least 4 years of progressive nursing leadership experience. You should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and inform program development and evaluation. A PHD or DNP is preferred.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
