About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Administrator to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing wireless local area network (WLAN) equipment as part of a large technology refresh initiative.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, and managing WLAN equipment.
  • Coordinating the implementation of wired and wireless network equipment.
  • Providing predictive heat mapping and onsite surveys utilizing Ekahau.
  • Utilizing Cisco Prime Infrastructure and other tools to monitor and troubleshoot the WLAN network in real-time.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7-12 years of related experience. You should also possess ITILv4 Foundation Certification by start date. Additionally, you must have proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment with limited supervision and may supervise/lead others.

Desirable Qualifications
Cisco Certified Network Professional Wireless (CCNP Wireless) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer (CCIE) certification is desirable. Familiarity with SD-WAN architectures such as VMware (VeloCloud) and design network architecture for Software Design Access / Software Defined Networks, utilizing Cisco Catalyst Center is also beneficial.
