Behavioral Therapist

We are a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.

This is a part-time/full-time position that offers a competitive salary, paid training and ongoing professional development, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by BCBAs.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy with clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development of behavior goals and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and support.

• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant coursework or experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
