We are seeking a Back Server/Busser to join our team at North Italia. As a Back Server/Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

As a Back Server/Busser, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave, including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths, and floor
  • Communicating with guests, servers, and hostesses to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Thanking guests as they leave
  • Being available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a passion for Italian hospitality and excellent communication skills. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but a great personality and ability to work as part of a team are even more important. You should be comfortable standing for long periods of time and capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
