Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a non-climate controlled environment, standing for extended periods and potentially standing on ladders for assembly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience working in non-climate controlled environments.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience reading blueprints or schematics is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Aerotek's production facility is a large, open bay with multiple workstations and bays. The production floor is not climate controlled, but industrial-sized ceiling fans keep the air moving. Forklifts and manufacturing machinery are present, and contractors are required to wear safety shoes, safety glasses, and earplugs if needed.
