Job Summary: As a lead or junior plumber at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you will serve clients by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

Job Duties:

  • Utilize Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
  • Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly and eliminate unnecessary callbacks.
  • Explain each service performed to the client and ensure they are 100% satisfied with all work.
  • Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.

Minimum Requirements: Lead/Master Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence, and compensation ranges from $65,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
