Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment.
  • 1+ years of retail management experience.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships, and utilize staff skills effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in physical activities, including repetitive motions, bending, and twisting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oakley and its products.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and sports-minded individual.
  • Bilingual.
