Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting, collaborating with a skilled ancillary team and a Rapid Response Team.
- Engage in a collegial work atmosphere with a structured 7-day block schedule.
- Support private attending physicians who opt for our Hospitalist Services.
- Participate in monthly meetings focused on Hospitalist operations.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and Patient Experience committees.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care.
- Manage a patient load averaging 15-17 individuals.
- Adapt to evolving CMS regulations with flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
- Current ACLS/BLS certification.
- Specialized training in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between USD $230,000 and USD $265,000 annually. This range reflects a good faith estimate and actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses, differential pay, and benefits.
