Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our team as a Pediatric Nurse in Raleigh, NC. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our clients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions of care, ensuring continuity and consistency in client care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in pediatric care
Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
