- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
