As a Level II Registered Nurse, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience or equivalent required.
- BSN degree preferred, but not required.
- BLS Provider CPR certification required.
