We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Lead to join our team at Get Air Trampoline Park. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting safety and cleanliness in the park, meeting sales goals, and hosting parties on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our management team, you will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts.
