Key Responsibilities- Assist the Teacher with lesson planning and implementation, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome academic challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring that all materials and resources are readily available.
- Collaborate with the Teacher and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive school community.
- Associate Degree or two years of college coursework, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Successful completion of BCI/FBI check and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Physical ability to lift 25-40 lbs and perform other duties as assigned.
