Job Summary

Summary: This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the effective collection and disposal of waste and yard debris from various clients.

• Manage daily waste collection operations
• Lead team members during assigned shifts
• Perform site inspections to maintain safety and operational standards
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Oversee equipment upkeep and repairs
• Compile and present necessary reports to management
• Adhere to protocols for handling cleaning agents
• Maintain accurate office documentation
• Other responsibilities as assigned
