Qualifications: A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in application development, particularly in crafting distributed systems. Extensive expertise in Java and J2EE programming, with a focus on web services. Proficient in the Spring Framework stack, including MVC, UI frameworks, reporting tools, and application servers. A solid background in relational databases and data access techniques is essential. Practical experience with Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools is required. At least two years of hands-on experience in microservices architecture and development is necessary. Familiarity with cloud application development and deployment is preferred. Knowledge of containerization platforms is also advantageous.

Responsibilities:

 Engage in the design, development, and implementation of web-based Java applications to meet business needs. Adhere to established life cycle methodologies, produce design documentation, and execute program coding and testing. Address technical challenges through debugging, research, and investigation. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 2-4 years of experience in the industry or a related area. Candidates should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. The role relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives. A variety of tasks will be performed, requiring creativity and flexibility. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Citizenship Requirements:
 This position necessitates that candidates meet one of the following citizenship criteria: 1. U.S. Citizen, either native or naturalized. 2. Permanent resident who has applied for U.S. Citizenship. 3. Permanent resident not yet eligible for citizenship, who must sign a letter of intent to apply for U.S. Citizenship within six months of becoming eligible. A permanent resident can file for citizenship five years after obtaining permanent residency. If permanent residency was obtained through marriage, eligibility occurs after three years.
