Janitorial Supervisor

ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and organized Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial team, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Train and develop janitorial staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a janitorial or facilities management setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
