Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee program Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to ensure compliance with schedule and cost performance.
- Analyze and prepare program performance metrics and cost variances.
- Provide financial oversight and support to program management and cost control teams.
- Prepare and deliver monthly Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR).
- Facilitate customer audits and maintain regular communication with regulatory bodies regarding EVMS assessments.
- Monitor and manage program billing and cash collection processes.
- Generate and evaluate quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) in line with corporate policies.
- Work autonomously to identify solutions and provide strategic guidance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Support management reviews and audits on a monthly and quarterly basis, focusing on operations, planning, and program management.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficient in essential tools such as Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and Microsoft tool-sets.
- Familiarity with U.S. government cost-reimbursement contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Experience in implementing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and developing baselines.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, Earned Value Management, scheduling, proposal processes, and government financial reporting.
- Knowledge of government contracts and procurement regulations is preferred.
- DoD Security Clearance is a plus.
