YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION:
As a cashier at OTC, you will embody AHF's mission by providing a friendly and supportive presence to shoppers, donors, and individuals seeking testing or pharmacy services.
Your responsibilities will include processing sales transactions and addressing customer inquiries, all while delivering exceptional service that enhances AHF's reputation and encourages repeat visits.
Moreover, improved sales performance directly increases AHF's capacity to assist more clients.
Accuracy in managing cash and credit transactions is essential to safeguard AHF's interests and optimize store revenue.
By being approachable and helpful, you can also enrich the experience of fellow OTC employees, offering assistance whenever needed.
Providing constructive feedback to your manager on service improvements will further enhance your contribution to the team.
Your adaptability and flexibility will consistently add value to the OTC team.
