**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Maintain a high level of knowledge** about our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • **Set up your station** with all required supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • **Greet guests** in a polite and professional manner, according to Loews Hotels standards.
  • **Suggestively sell menu items** to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
  • **Record guest orders accurately** and enter them into the POS terminal.
  • **Coordinate the preparation and delivery** of food and beverages to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • **Monitor the presentation** of all food items to ensure quality and consistency.
  • **Serve food and beverages** professionally, according to Loews Hotels standards.
  • **Anticipate guest needs** and respond promptly to requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • **Prepare and present accurate guest checks** and collect monies due.
  • **Complete end-of-shift revenue reports** and cash deposits.
  • **Perform side work duties** as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • **High School diploma or equivalent**.
  • **One+ years of experience** as a Food Server in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment.
  • **Thorough knowledge** of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards.
  • **Exceptional guest service skills**.
  • **Basic computer skills**.
  • **Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift trays weighing up to 35 pounds repetitively** during the entire shift.
  • **Ability to work flexible schedules**, including weekends and holidays.
