We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Community Health Systems. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Implement and document nursing care, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage patients throughout their shift.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and self-care skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
