Surgical Glaucoma Ophthalmologist

Regions Hospital is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmologist with a specialization in Glaucoma to enhance our esteemed Ophthalmology department. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care.

As an Ophthalmologist, you will be part of a leading multi-specialty healthcare system. This role necessitates board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology, complemented by fellowship training in Glaucoma. We welcome applications from both seasoned ophthalmologists and recent fellows eager to engage in a dynamic clinical and surgical Glaucoma practice.

Our Eye Care Division encompasses a range of services including ophthalmology, optometry, and optical care. Our ophthalmology team is composed of both generalists and specialists in various fields such as cornea, glaucoma, oculoplastics, pediatrics, and retina.

We operate across multiple locations, ensuring comprehensive care delivery. Specific practice sites will be determined based on operational needs. We foster a collegial practice environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

In addition to your clinical and surgical duties, our Ophthalmologists participate in shared paid call coverage at Regions Hospital, recognized as a Level 1 trauma center.
