Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in various post-acute facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide support with meal service and feeding as needed.
  • Monitor vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure, and report any abnormalities to supervising staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as changing linens and cleaning resident rooms.
  • Transport residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and staff to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
