About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Prep Cook with expertise in food preparation and presentation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food items meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare various food products, including seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, bread, and other food products, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and the rest of the kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with line cooks, support staff, and Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Attitude: Portray a positive and professional attitude, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
