Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of Co-workers to ensure excellent service and a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and food quality to ensure a profitable operation.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Education and training in business or hospitality.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
