Job Overview:

Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a 12-week contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each client's specific needs
  • Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to provide holistic care for clients
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Monitor and document clients' progress throughout treatment
  • Keep detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
  • Provide education and counseling to clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and other relevant organizations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • State licensure or certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in a variety of clinical settings
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development
  • Compassion and empathy for patients and their families

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Bilingual proficiency in a second language
  • Experience working with children or geriatric populations
  • Knowledge of assistive communication devices and technology

Location: Omaha & Lincoln areas

Job Type: Full-time, 12-Week Contract
