POSITION SUMMARY The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at El Camino Country Club. This includes washing and sanitizing all food service equipment, utensils, and dishes.

Key responsibilities include managing the flow of dishes, washing and cleaning all food service items, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the flow of dishes used in food preparation and plating for guests
  • Wash and clean all food service utensils, plates, glasses, and serving ware, as well as pots and pans used to prepare food
  • Assist with food preparation and cleaning of work stations as needed


PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS The Dishwasher must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with the ability to stand and stoop for long periods of time. They must also be able to lift 50 pounds and work in heat and cold temperatures.
