Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Boundless Network. This role will be responsible for coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of promotional merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Packing
  1. Accurately pick products from designated locations as per order specifications.
  2. Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring all packages are labeled correctly and meet shipping standards.
  3. Prepare orders for shipping, including weighing, labeling, and documentation.
Shipping
  1. C coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  2. Verify shipment accuracy by cross-checking items against packing lists and shipping documents.
  3. Load and unload trucks as needed.
Inventory Management
  1. Assist with all incoming product shipments and ensuring they are received accurately and timely. Verify quality and quantity before checking products in.
  2. Put away inventory in the correct locations, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  3. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  4. Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues.
Kitting Projects
  1. Assemble kits according to detailed instructions, ensuring all components are included and correctly packaged.
  2. Verify kit contents against production orders and maintain quality standards.
Bagger and Tagging
  1. Bag and tag items accurately, ensuring correct labeling for identification and tracking.
  2. Maintain records of tagged items and update inventory systems accordingly.
Safety Measures
  1. Participate in daily safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  2. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management immediately.
  3. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Cleaning and Maintenance
  1. Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  2. Assist in the upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  3. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate computer skills for inventory management and shipping systems, as well as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Previous fulfillment, shipping, and receiving experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
