  • Promote our beverage menu, accurately taking and delivering drink orders.

  • Ensure the bar is properly set up daily, including requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies.
  • Maintain the quality of fresh ingredients by cutting and storing garnishes and juices daily.
  • Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Secure all beverages and equipment, manage cash drops, and ensure the safety of financial assets.
  • Perform cleaning duties using standard hotel cleaning products to comply with health standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Follow safety and security protocols consistently.
  • Be knowledgeable about fire prevention and emergency procedures.
  • Utilize protective equipment as necessary.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to your supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance as outlined in the team member handbook.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of two years in customer service, preferably in a similar role with knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Personality: A friendly demeanor is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Energy: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that supports both bar and restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge: Required certifications include County Specific Food Handlers Certification and State-specific alcohol certification.
  • Ideal candidates are personable, adaptable, and skilled at multitasking while ensuring precision.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
