Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations

The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of HCA Florida Capital Hospital. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects that align with the hospital's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Administrative Team to respond to Division and Group requests for market/facility information
- Work with the Administrative Team and physicians to enhance existing or develop new opportunities for processes or services
- Provide administrative and operations leadership to assigned departments
- Ensure the application of Customer Service principles in meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
- Manage fiscal operations of assigned departments using the budget as a guideline for revenue and expense analysis
- Manage operations of assigned departments to achieve targets for designated Key Performance Indicators
- Meet leadership obligations under the Ethics and Compliance Program
- Build strong relationships with physicians, employees, and peers
- Utilize HCA tools to help with management of responsibilities
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Healthcare administration required
- 2+ years of experience in a hospital leadership role preferred
