About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of mixologists and chefs, developing new recipes and techniques to drive innovation in our bar.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive bar station setup and breakdown procedures.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and excess inventory.
  • Maintain meticulous records of inventory levels, supplier information, and recipe modifications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging menus and promotions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mixology and hospitality.

Our competitive salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include medical insurance, dental and vision options, paid time off, referral program, and employee dining discounts.
