About the Job

The Warehouse Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This includes shipping and receiving, inventory management, restocking supply carts, and supporting the Installation and Assembly teams on current and future projects.

Responsibilities
  • Restock installation supply carts with proper connectors, supplies, and hardware.
  • Support product shipping and receiving, check-in, sorting, and preparing/staging for projects.
  • Unload returning trailers from projects, putting away installation tools, ladders, etc.
  • Maintain, inventory, and repair installation job boxes as needed.
  • Assist with warehouse inventory and flag for re-order/purchasing.
  • Clean fleet vehicles, refuel, and replenish DEF, transport vehicles for service/repairs, and assist the Warehouse Manager with minor vehicle maintenance needs.
  • Support loading outgoing trailers for projects when needed.
  • Support the fabrication process by loading connectors, cleaning, and preparing and packing custom plates, assembling and testing LES stations, etc.
Requirements
  • Possess a high level of organization and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Able to communicate with clarity, respect, empathy, and honesty.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Able to maintain focus on detail and execution while working.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and in-line with the expectations set forth by the employee handbook.
  • Operate the forklift, snowplow, and various power tools.
