We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to residents in a busy SAR/LTC facility. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans of care for each resident.
  • Deliver high-quality nutritional counseling to residents and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in medical nutrition therapy.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Experience in long-term care and electronic medical records (EMR) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with food-service management is a plus.
