This is a senior leadership position within the Manufacturing organization at Lockheed Martin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of manufacturing programs, with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of manufacturing professionals in the execution of multiple programs, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and delivering high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency within the manufacturing organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to manufacturing teams, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with a focus on program execution and strategic growth.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
