EPL Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused EPL Cashier to join our team at WKS Restaurant Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Count and manage cash accurately, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Utilize our point-of-sale system to enter orders, correct mistakes, and communicate with management as needed.
• Collect payments, provide change, and give guests receipts, while also promoting our beverage and salsa bar offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for food handling and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the drive-thru team to meet or exceed company service time standards.
• Responsible for proper cash handling and any cash shortages or overages.
• Assist in training new cashiers and perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

• Meet government regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
• Be able to communicate effectively with guests.
• Have basic math skills and be able to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company standards.

• Reaches, bends, stoops, scrubs, lifts, and wipes.
• Must have high level of mobility and flexibility.
• Must be able to work under heavy stress and pressure during peak times.
• Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
• Requires continual standing and walking.
