Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new tires and wheels, ensuring proper fitment and balance
• Perform routine maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
• Provide a world-class customer service experience, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and industry standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in tire installation and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
