Master Die Maker

At Digital Tool & Die, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Journeyman Die Maker to join our team on 1st shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing sheet metal stamping dies, operating various machine tools, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products.

• Assemble and test sheet metal stamping dies to meet customer specifications
• Operate a variety of machine tools, including surface grinders, drill presses, and milling machines
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of our products through thorough inspection and testing
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to resolve any issues or concerns
• Train and mentor apprentices on die assembly and operation

• Journeyman Tool and Die Maker certification
• Experience with machine tools, including surface grinders, drill presses, and milling machines
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
