Sales Expeditor

UniFirst First Aid + Safety: A Leader in the Industry

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Expeditor to join our team. As a Sales Expeditor, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing backorders in the office and delivering them to the warehouse for shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily back orders and print invoices for the warehouse, verifying all relevant information is correct.
• Review order notes for parcel carrier and handling requirements.
• Follow Current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP).
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and tracking.
• Verify and update the status of sales materials.
• Assist in locating missing ROGs with the inventory team and match printed ROGs to warehouse pick sheets.
• Identify and suggest improvements for process gaps, reporting findings to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years of customer service or relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail to provide accuracy of work.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
