Qualifications Required:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Completion of an accredited training program or certification.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Successful completion of the Aide Competency Evaluation Skills Checklist.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
- A clear criminal history check.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and assist in moving patients.
- Work effectively in high-pressure situations and make prompt decisions.
- Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Key Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Aide will:
