Urology Position Available in North Carolina
Position Highlights:
- Employed by the hospital
- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM
- Manage a patient load of approximately 30 patients per day, performing around 7 surgeries weekly
- Opportunity arises as a physician approaches retirement
- Well-established practice with a comprehensive surgical services program
- Responsibilities include both inpatient and outpatient care
- Standard urological procedures and services offered
- Utilization of EPIC electronic medical records system
Compensation Package Includes:
- Guaranteed base salary
- Incentives based on productivity and quality
- Signing bonus
- Relocation assistance of $15,000
- Student loan support ranging from $15,000 to $25,000 annually
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness program eligibility
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) support with a $3,000 stipend
