Dishwashing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dishwashing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Dishroom Maintenance: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishware, cooking equipment, and kitchen surfaces according to company standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures, maintain temperatures and chemical levels, and keep the dish area tidy.
• Trash and Recycling: Remove trash and place it in designated containers, steam clean or hose out garbage cans as needed.
• Supply Management: Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, assist with loading and unloading supplies and product.
