  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body workout
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks with efficiency and professionalism
  • Provide studio tours and introduce new members to our facilities and services
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth and success
  • Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for members
