Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RT)

A dynamic and compassionate Respiratory Therapist is sought by ALOIS Healthcare to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with breathing difficulties, including those with chronic respiratory diseases and acute respiratory distress.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
