Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house staff and working closely with the Proprietor to achieve sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People: Develop and lead our front-of-house staff, including recruiting, training, and developing Team Members.
  • Sales: Build sales through exceptional service and implement sales growth plans both inside and outside the restaurant.
  • Profits: Work with the Proprietor to manage profits and ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Extremely guest-oriented with high levels of honesty and integrity.
  • Open availability is a requirement.
  • Ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts.
  • Passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
