We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Annandale Health & Community Services in Annandale, MN. Position Overview

This full-time position will work primarily in SNF/LTC but will also provide Outpatient care. The successful candidate will be scheduled for 32 hours per week (0.80 FTE) and will have access to a range of benefits, including paid license fees, professional memberships, and continuing education opportunities.

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and be eligible for OTA licensing in Minnesota.
