Cheerleading Instructor Leader

i9 Sports - Aspen Management is looking for a highly motivated and experienced coach to join our part-time team in Utah County. As a Part-Time Cheerleading Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training sessions and fostering a positive youth sports environment.

This part-time position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cheerleading and experience working with children.

• Design and deliver engaging practice sessions that cater to different skill levels.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve athlete performance.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents and colleagues.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading.
• Able to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check required.
