About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team in Raeford, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NC.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are a plus.
