Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in providing detailed financial analysis and reporting for finance and executive leadership.


Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with Region Finance teams on General Ledger month end close, financial reporting, and monthly P/L review.
  2. Provide financial guidance on actual results, operational processes, and financial planning.
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key financial metrics.
  4. Support Executive and Finance Leadership teams with monthly financial management through timely reporting, advanced analysis, and critical thinking.
  5. Evaluate spend patterns versus historical norms, forecasted plans, and competitive benchmarks to recommend sound business decisions and opportunities.

Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years' experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling required
  • SAP, PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Ifs, Sums, Index, Match)
