Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 annually, reflecting the high level of expertise required for this role. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package ensures your well-being and supports your long-term growth.

 

Job Description

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Moors & Company, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals. Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating nuclear medicine equipment to complete diagnostic and therapeutic procedures efficiently.
  • Determining proper technical factors to produce high-quality images for patient examinations.
  • Ordering, preparing, and administering radiopharmaceuticals according to accepted practices.
  • Following radiation protection and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Effectively utilizing computer systems to process, access, and distribute department and patient information.
  • Assisting with patient transportation and providing education and information to patients and their families.
  • Participating in clinical training and quality assurance activities as required.
  • Performing other functions as assigned by management.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A registered certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in nuclear medicine and a state license to practice in Ohio.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of electronic imaging and clinical information management software.
